Each pair is individually assessed by our shoemaking team, with careful attention to its construction, materials, fit and original character before the appropriate repair is recommended.
Add grip and durability to leather-soled shoes while helping reduce wear to the original outsole.
Replace worn leather or rubber soles using carefully selected materials, including Vibram options to preserve the construction.
Repair worn heels, top lifts, heel blocks, linings and structural areas to restore stability, comfort and continued wear.
Clean, condition, polish, recolour and restore worn leather while respecting its original finish, texture and character.

Made-to-Order starts from THB 15,900, Made-to-Measure from THB 25,900 and Hand-welted / Personal Last from THB 45,000. Final pricing depends on the selected design, leather, construction and fitting requirements.
Made-to-Order uses an established THREE Shoes last and our existing size range, with options to personalize the design, leather, colour and finishing details. Made-to-Measure includes detailed measurements of both feet, trial shoes and fit adjustments before final production.
Made-to-Measure is generally the best starting point for customers with wide forefeet, different-sized feet or recurring fitting difficulties because it includes individual measurement, trial shoes and fit adjustments.
Made-to-Order usually takes approximately 3–4 weeks, Made-to-Measure approximately 4–6 weeks and Hand-welted / Personal Last approximately 6–8 weeks. Timing may vary depending on leather availability, design complexity and fitting requirements.
An appointment is recommended for consultations, measurements and trial fittings so that our team can prepare suitable samples and allow sufficient time for your visit.
