Our Approach
A refined shoe should balance appearance, proportion and real-world comfort. Our approach considers the shape of the last, the volume around the forefoot and instep, the selected leather and the construction appropriate for each service.
Our existing lasts are designed to balance a refined silhouette with practical space and support for everyday wear.
We select calf leather, suede and other suitable materials according to the character and construction of each design.
MTO and MTM shoes use Hand Blake construction, while our highest service features traditional Hand-welted construction.
Fitting does not end at delivery.
We provide guidance on break-in, shoe care and available aftercare services.
Made-to-Order uses an existing THREE Shoes last and standard sizing, with customization of the design, leather, colour and selected details. Made-to-Measure adds detailed foot measurement, trial shoes and fit adjustments before the final pair is produced.
Made-to-Measure is generally the more suitable starting point for customers with wide forefeet or recurring fitting difficulties because it includes measurement, trial shoes and adjustments. The final recommendation depends on the customer’s feet and selected design.
No. A personal last is included only in the Hand-welted / Personal Last service. Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure are based on existing THREE Shoes lasts.
Made-to-Order usually takes approximately 3–4 weeks, Made-to-Measure approximately 4–6 weeks and Hand-welted / Personal Last approximately 6–8 weeks. Timing may vary depending on leather availability, design and fitting requirements.
Available choices may include the shoe design, leather, colour, sole, edge finishing and selected design details. The exact options depend on the chosen model and service.
An appointment is recommended for consultation, measurement and trial fittings so that our team can prepare suitable samples and provide sufficient time for your visit.

THREE Shoes custom shoes are developed and produced in Bangkok, Thailand.
Add grip and durability to leather-soled shoes while helping reduce wear to the original outsole.
Replace worn leather or rubber soles using carefully selected materials, including Vibram options to preserve the construction.
Repair worn heels, top lifts, heel blocks, linings and structural areas to restore stability, comfort and continued wear.
Clean, condition, polish, recolour and restore worn leather while respecting its original finish, texture and character.
