OUR HERITAGE
THREE Shoes grew from a family closely connected to shoes and shoemaking for three generations.
What began as practical knowledge passed through the family has gradually evolved into a contemporary approach to custom shoemaking — one that respects traditional craft while responding to the way men dress and live today.
The foundation was built through hands-on experience with shoes, materials and the needs of individual customers.
Knowledge of construction, fitting and shoe care continued through the family, creating the practical foundation behind THREE Shoes today.
Today, THREE Shoes carries that experience forward through custom men’s shoes, individual fitting and a broader perspective shaped by shoemaking in Florence and work with clients internationally.
FLORENCE
Florence introduced a different way of looking at men’s shoes.
Beyond construction alone, the experience placed greater emphasis on balance, proportion, the relationship between the last and the foot, and the small details that give a shoe its character.
Hands-on training in Florence became an important part of the THREE Shoes approach — not as an attempt to reproduce Italian shoemaking in Bangkok, but as a foundation from which to develop our own point of view.
OUR PATH
What we learned in Florence is interpreted through the needs of our clients in Bangkok and beyond.
Rather than following one tradition without question, THREE Shoes combines classic shoemaking principles with an understanding of individual feet, contemporary wardrobes and the realities of everyday wear.
Our roots remain in Thailand. THREE Shoes is developed from a family shoemaking background and a desire to build a distinct standard of men’s footwear from Bangkok.
Our atelier is where consultation, fitting, design decisions and the development of each custom pair come together. It is also where we continue to learn — one client and one pair at a time.
From MTO to MTM and Hand-welted shoes with personal last development, each level offers a different degree of customization and fitting. The objective remains the same: a shoe that feels considered in both fit and appearance.
For THREE Shoes, craftsmanship is not only about how a shoe is made. It begins with how the shoe relates to the person wearing it.
Every decision — from the last and leather to construction and finishing — should contribute to a balanced, comfortable and enduring pair of shoes.
We consider the relationship between the foot, the last and the final silhouette. The aim is refinement without sacrificing the natural balance required for comfortable wear.
Leather is selected not only for appearance, but also for character, suitability and the way it will develop over time. Different materials are chosen according to the intended shoe, construction and use.
Our custom services include different methods of construction depending on the level of the order, including Hand Blake and traditional Hand-welted work. Construction is chosen as part of the overall design and fitting process, rather than as a detail in isolation.
A relationship with a pair of shoes does not end at delivery. We continue to support clients with fitting adjustments, advice and long-term shoe care through our Bangkok atelier.
Although THREE Shoes is based in Bangkok, our work increasingly travels beyond Thailand.
Through trunk shows, private fittings, collaborations and shoemaking events, we have had the opportunity to meet clients and fellow craftspeople across Asia and internationally. These experiences have helped us understand different expectations of fit, style and dress while reinforcing something simple: a well-made shoe should feel personal wherever it is worn.
Our international journey continues gradually, built through relationships rather than scale.

THREE Shoes use Handmade Welted sewing, meaning every step of the shoe is sewn by hand. Whether Welted with Upper or Welted with Insole. Outsoles of Made To Order shoes use Blake stitching, which is stitched through the sole.
1. Prepare paper, pencil and ruler. Stand with both legs straight.
2. Use a pencil to draw around the foot. By keeping it as close to the feet as possible. *Set the pencil head straight. Do not bend inward.
3. After that, use a ruler to draw the widest line of your foot. Including the longest line of the toe.
Depends on shoe style and the shape of feet
1. Dress shoes are recommended to try it with thin socks. and experiment during the expansion of the feet
2. Loafers are recommended for sizes that are slightly tighter than normal. For walking without slipping your heels In cases where there is a problem with the shape of the foot, such as an abnormal foot bone, Arches Bones that affect their shape. or the foot is wider than normal. You can get advice from the shop.
